The company emphasizes faster, lower-cost alternatives to legacy carriers and 7-day/week delivery programs to improve conversion and repeat purchases for merchants.

📋 Description

• Professionally communicate with customers via phone and email, respond to inquiries, and review shipment documentation for accuracy • Manage new order requests and schedule pickups and deliveries • Track shipments in the operations platform and monitor driver updates • Develop flight plans and create air waybill bookings • Track air waybills through airline cargo sites and monitor active flights • Identify cancellations or diversions and develop alternate plans • Coordinate driver performance and investigate delays • Provide leadership with detailed escalations and resolutions

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills • Clear and professional communication skills (phone and email) • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes • Industry experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatch preferred • Ability to work the 8:00pm–6:00am shift, Tuesday through Friday • Must be able to work via EST • Company sponsorship is not available for this position
