📋 Description

• Create reports and dashboards • Query databases and support data quality assurance and ETL activities • Serve as a senior SAS/Tableau developer on a data-warehousing project • Extract data from relational databases, EDW, and Foundry for analysis • Engage operational business stakeholders to identify initiatives and execute data-driven solutions • Perform quality assurance of reports and dashboards, validating data and analysis • Align business requirements with data and analytical solutions • Identify concerns in as-is processes and business dependencies • Coordinate and facilitate requirements gathering across discovery, analysis, value validation, design, and testing phases • Ideate with functional analysts and business process owners • Monitor business changes and recommend analytics improvements • Create Tableau Standard Operating Procedures for peer reference and knowledge transfer • Mentor and train clients on tools and techniques for complete analytics solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of Business Intelligence development, or data processing/analytical experience, or combination thereof • At least 5 years of work experience in an analytical role • Active BI or NACLC Public Trust security clearance required • Extensive SAS development experience, including SAS/Macro, Data Step, and SAS/Access • Strong SQL skills • Tableau development experience • Enterprise Guide and Enterprise Miner/SAS Data Mining procedures are a plus • Quality assurance and validation experience comparing multiple data sources for discrepancies and inconsistencies • Experience with Jira for task management • Good understanding of Agile processes • Strong conceptual, analytical, and decision-making skills • Ability to collaborate, mentor, and train clients • Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment and learn new tools quickly • Good communication and writing skills • Leadership qualities and forward thinking • U.S. citizenship • Must answer whether the applicant currently holds an active Public Trust clearance or higher • Must have at least 5 years of SAS development experience
