📋 Description

• Establish and own the sales and operations planning (S&OP) cadence, including demand inputs, modeling, capacity reviews, network reviews, and KPI/performance management • Provide reliable forward-looking forecasts to fulfillment partners, pharmacy sites, and Procurement • Lead and develop teams across Systems & Formulary, Demand & Supply Planning, and Network & Fulfillment Operations • Build organizational structure, clarify ownership, and reduce key-person risk • Rebuild pharmacy operational processes spanning Patient Support, credentialing, and partner-side operations • Partner daily with Product and Engineering to translate operational problems into requirements and drive scalable solutions • Create documentation and reference infrastructure for SKU composition, temperature and handling requirements, and processes • Drive turnaround SLAs across the fulfillment network while balancing service, quality, and cost • Own forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and cost management with Finance • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and partner with Quality & Compliance on audit and inspection readiness • Coordinate operational readiness for new products, formulations, service launches, and regulatory changes • Champion automation and technology opportunities • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 8+ years in supply chain, operations, or production management • 4+ years leading teams, including managing managers or leads • Experience scaling a high-volume operation through rapid growth in mail-order or specialty pharmacy, fulfillment, distribution, or regulated manufacturing • Strong command of demand and supply planning and S&OP • Experience personally building a planning cadence • Track record establishing operating structure, documentation, and repeatable processes • Experience partnering with Product or Engineering on operational tooling, specifying requirements, and driving build priorities • Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication across technical, operational, clinical, and finance audiences • Comfort working in a fast-moving, flat-structure environment with many concurrent priorities • Preferred: 503A compounding pharmacy or pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated-industry background • Preferred: familiarity with pharmacy management systems and order-routing or API integration environments • Preferred: cold-chain or temperature-controlled fulfillment experience • Preferred: continuous-improvement or Lean background, including Six Sigma or similar • Preferred: experience preparing regulated operations for audit or inspection readiness • Preferred: experience building a function that later split or expanded into multiple leadership lanes
