📋 Description

• Own pharmacy partner invoice management end to end, including auditing, validation, and approval across 20+ partners • Translate demand projections from Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success into pharmacy production requirements • Support volume and capacity planning using order volume, partner capacity, medication availability, and service line data • Inform procurement planning for ingredient and consumable sourcing • Own and maintain the supply chain dashboard and recurring reporting • Improve data and reporting inputs as tooling evolves from Zoho to planned Tableau implementation • Identify, fix, and document undefined or manual supply chain processes • Partner with pharmacies, Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, and Procurement to gather inputs and resolve discrepancies • Address cost optimization, vendor spend analysis, and other emerging operational priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, demand planning, or operations analytics • Experience translating demand or sales forecasts into supply, production, or purchasing requirements • Advanced Excel/Sheets skills and ability to build and maintain models with multiple moving inputs • Experience owning recurring operational workflows end to end, including vendor invoicing, spend auditing, or partner reconciliation • Experience in an SLA-driven environment with accountability for accuracy and timeliness • Healthcare or pharmacy exposure, or ability to quickly become fluent in technical product vocabulary • Track record in a fast-changing, high-growth environment where priorities and processes shift • Startup or early-stage operating experience preferred • Dashboard and reporting ownership experience preferred, including Zoho Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar • Light SQL or scripting exposure preferred • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate analysis preferred • Pharmacy, compounding, or regulated-product supply chain experience preferred • Experience supporting a procurement function stand-up preferred
