📋 Description

• Serve as strategic finance partner to the SVP of Sales and finance partner for the entire go-to-market organization • Build and maintain a driver-based sales capacity model rolling up to new, expansion, and usage revenue across Enterprise • Own role-by-role GTM headcount planning for AEs, CS, BDRs, and SEs across annual plans and quarterly reforecasts • Partner with People/Recruiting on hiring timing, sequencing, and hiring-trigger criteria • Advise the Head of GTM on territory and segment design, quota setting, coverage ratios, and GTM spend allocation • Model and stress-test sales compensation plans and quota attainment scenarios with RevOps • Own GTM operating expenses, budget-versus-actuals, variance reporting, and the GTM view of company forecasts and long-range plans • Track CAC, payback, magic number, NRR/GRR, rep productivity, and ramp-to-quota; build ROI cases for headcount and programs • Build GTM performance narratives for leadership, board, and fundraising materials • Automate planning and reporting processes using AI

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in strategic finance, ideally within high-growth technology companies, investment banking or consulting • Extensive experience building detailed financial analysis used to drive business decisions • Ability to structure solutions in ambiguous areas of opportunity and thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic setting • Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners • An enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality • Working knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles • Ability to work in the US and address current or future US work authorization requirements
