📋 Description

• Elevate the existing helpdesk and sysadmin organization from reactive support to a proactive, process-driven internal service organization • Lead and coach the IT team while understanding career goals, strengths, skill gaps, and coaching opportunities • Own the IT project roadmap, prioritization process, and cross-functional IT initiatives • Establish reliable, automated, and audit-ready employee onboarding and offboarding programs • Assess helpdesk SLAs, ticket workflows, project intake, productivity and quality metrics, and OKRs • Identify bottlenecks, documentation gaps, and automation opportunities • Develop and execute a 6–12 month improvement roadmap • Lead migrations, security improvements, and system rollouts • Manage 2–3 vendor relationships and make data-driven vendor evaluation and risk decisions • Own the company application authentication stance and define access-management standards • Create disaster recovery processes for critical systems • Implement KPIs for onboarding/offboarding efficiency and accuracy • Communicate complex migrations and roadmap priorities across the company • Build IT into a proactive cross-functional partner that supports company-wide initiatives

• Proven examples from your career demonstrating the ability to perform the role • Experience building systems, driving alignment, and creating impact at scale • Ability to lead and coach people • Ability to own projects and roadmaps • Process design and operational rigor • Security-minded systems thinking • Ability to establish automated, reliable, and audit-ready onboarding and offboarding • Self-starter with a track record of delivering excellent results • Willingness to travel up to 15 days per year; senior management and leadership teams may travel up to 35 days per year
