📋 Description

• Recruit talent across Sales and Services, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance & Accounting • Drive the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and closing candidates • Attract top talent and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, online databases, social media, employee referrals, and creative programs • Track recruiting progress and maintain metrics using Greenhouse ATS • Act as a brand ambassador and build and maintain the OpenTable employment brand • Build positive relationships with employees across business functions • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers • Pipeline talent for future roles • Recruit for roles across the USA, Canada, and Mexico • Collaborate with international colleagues, respond to restaurant partners, and address urgent matters across multiple time zones

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment • Bilingual Spanish and English speaking • Experience prioritizing and leading multiple searches simultaneously • Demonstrable track record of acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers • Ability to work autonomously with a sense of urgency • Preferred: Experience recruiting for high volume sprints, specifically in the intern or new grad environment • Preferred: Experience hiring in Mexico • Preferred: Creative and results-oriented mindset focused on building positive relationships • Preferred: Adaptability and flexibility in the workplace • Preferred: Ability to communicate, interact, and negotiate effectively with a variety of internal clients and external candidates
