📋 Description

• Place and manage orders across panel vendors • Review and interpret customer requirements • Monitor order progress and fulfillment, flagging issues or delays proactively • Troubleshoot common fulfillment issues, such as low incidence and screener drop-off, and escalate when needed • Maintain accurate order records and documentation • Support quality checks on responses submitted by participants

🎯 Requirements

• Coordination experience managing multiple moving pieces, tasks, or workflows simultaneously • Strong attention to detail • Process-driven execution following established processes carefully • Fluent in English; strong written communication is essential • Background in research or research operations is a bonus • Experience writing or reviewing screener questions is a bonus • Familiarity with B2B audience targeting and quota-based study setups is a bonus • Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
