📋 Description

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones and roles • Partner with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers to anticipate needs and resolve scheduling conflicts • Move candidates through the recruiting funnel with precision and urgency • Coordinate complex interview panels, including senior-level and leadership interviews • Manage recruiting logistics and maintain ATS accuracy • Prepare interviewers with timely information and reminders • Improve coordination workflows, candidate experience, and hiring team communication • Support ATS data hygiene, recruiting operations reporting, and performance tracking

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination or scheduling experience, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment • Proficiency in GSuite and Ashby (or similar ATS) • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to build trust with stakeholders from the coordinator level to the C-suite • Experience scheduling across U.S. and international time zones • Comfort managing shifting priorities • Ownership, urgency, and commitment to high-quality work • Initiative to identify and improve broken processes • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction for any employer
