📋 Description

• Support clinical integrity, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes across hospice and home health services • Review medical records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with state, federal, and payer requirements • Support accurate coding and documentation practices • Manage regulatory processes such as start-of-care reviews and re-certifications • Identify opportunities to strengthen workflows and improve outcomes • Conduct audits and compliance reviews • Contribute to QAPI initiatives • Support staff education • Monitor compliance trends • Collaborate with clinical teams • Travel periodically to clinical sites, patient care locations, or company offices for audits, training, and compliance reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing • Current State License as a Registered Nurse • Minimum 3 years of health care management • Minimum 2 years of hospice care experience • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid automobile insurance coverage • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively • Exhibits working knowledge of regulations and reimbursement in home health care • Proven leadership abilities in staff education • Willing to develop new critical thinking skills • ICD10 coding certification required within one year of hire (preferred at time of hire) • Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check
