• Run discovery calls and demos for current and upcoming productized services • Present to c-suite executives, diagnose problems, build trust and position Optimum7 as the strategic growth partner • Multi-channel outreach using LinkedIn, email, phone calls, Zoom, and other platforms • Drive pipeline growth by prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads across channels • Track activity, identify bottlenecks, and iterate fast to outperform targets
• At least 3 years of experience as a Sales or Inside Sales role • Experienced in running discovery calls, live demos and presentations • Able to identify and loop in key decision-makers and stakeholders to a deal • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs in competitive environments • Exceptional communicator with sharp presentation and negotiation skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously • Self-motivated and adaptable • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce, Seamless.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other AI prospecting tools would be a plus
