📋 Description

• Direct day-to-day operations of Patient Registration team members • Deliver a consistent patient onboarding experience for patients and referral partners • Manage Patient Registration team performance and productivity throughout the transition to home/AIS • Monitor daily performance, including coaching on quality, speed, and customer service • Interview, hire, and train employees • Direct work, appraise performance, reward and discipline employees, address complaints, and resolve problems • Provide team education and resolve patient onboarding issues • Troubleshoot issues and resolutions with CMC Patient Registration team members • Monitor adherence to policies and procedures and assist with rollout of new policies and procedures • Manage activities supporting clean claims on hold and denial management • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required • 1 year of related supervisory experience, or 3-5yrs of patient registration or other related experience showing demonstrated progression • Ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals/priorities at one time • Ability to work in a fast past environment • Must be detail-oriented and have a high degree of quality focus • High degree of customer service skills required • Ability to trouble shoot, problem solves and collaborate with cross-functional team members across sales and operation functions • Minimum of one (1) year prior supervisory experience is preferred • Minimum of one year customer service preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States as applicable
