📋 Description

• Coordinate and execute operational activities within the Zeitview Utilities vertical, predominantly across North America • Conduct pre-, during-, and post-mission planning, mission execution, and data quality checks • Coordinate with customers and Sr. Field Operations Specialists to understand logistics and scheduling constraints • Project-manage field operations for data collection with Field Leads • Solve or escalate operational issues and proactively communicate customer expectations • Follow procedures related to drone capabilities, drone operations, and airspace regulations/applications • Resolve real-time customer, software, SME reporting, billing, and field-related issues • Provide ad-hoc support to Sr. FOSs and customers for general inquiries • Use Zeitview’s online, desktop, and mobile software platforms • Collaborate with Account Management and field QAQC, including filing bug reports • Maintain pipeline awareness and execute all statuses for the assigned vertical • Identify process and procedure gaps and report them to the Operations Manager • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in operations, logistics, project coordination, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, client-facing environment • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail • Able to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a fully remote workforce • Interested in technology and the drone space • Drone experience and knowledge of UAV operations and regulations is a plus • Proficiency in using scheduling tools, project management software, Google Suite (Sheets and Docs), and Slack • High degree of accountability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take ownership of tasks • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, in English, with the ability to serve as a professional and effective liaison between clients and pilots in the field • Bachelor's degree preferred • Must currently live within the Eastern Time Zone in the USA • Must currently require no visa sponsorship or visa transfer within the USA
