📋 Description

• Own and evolve the revenue technology stack, including Salesforce and CPQ • Drive CPQ evolution for new pricing models, expanding product offerings, and international growth • Build enterprise data infrastructure and establish governance standards • Resolve accumulated technical debt and ensure data serves Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success • Drive integration across enterprise systems using Workato and related platforms • Partner with IT and Security on architectural groundwork for AI initiatives • Own HRIS platform strategy and operations • Manage vendor relationships, managed services partners, and tooling investments • Make strategic build/buy/partner decisions across the technology stack • Lead, mentor, and develop teams across Salesforce/Finance Systems, CPQ, HRIS, and Enterprise Data

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise technology functions, with direct ownership of systems, data, or platform teams • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (CRM and/or Finance), CPQ platforms, and HRIS systems • Demonstrated ability to build and govern enterprise data infrastructure at scale • Strong perspective on data quality, objectivity, and access • Experience with AI and automation tooling; Workato or similar integration platforms a plus • Track record of leading through ambiguity, managing organizational transitions, open headcount, and competing priorities • Strong cross-functional partnership with Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations • Data-driven approach to architecture and investment decisions • Comfortable contributing strategically and hands-on • International experience, particularly involving CPQ, tax, and compliance complexity, is a plus • Background check required
