📋 Description

• Support planning, execution, and completion of projects throughout the project management lifecycle • Provide project controls expertise and assistance to project teams • Help execute projects on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company and industry standards • Support management and tracking of resource assignments, project execution requirements, reporting, and compliance • Develop and manage cost control systems providing accurate financial information • Facilitate development of the work breakdown structure (WBS) • Implement and maintain an Earned Value Management System on projects • Analyze cost and schedule performance indicators • Support and coordinate project management through analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making activities • Coordinate and support development of project resource schedules • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure monitoring and reporting reflects current project status • Coordinate and compile team input and project reporting to establish project plans, checkpoints, and processes • Assist management with execution of the internal OPMS program to ensure first-time quality in project management

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree in relevant field or equivalent job experience required • Bachelor’s degree a plus • 10+ years of Project Controls experience, preferably in Nuclear Engineering or Construction • Advanced computer skills for Microsoft Office suite • Proficient with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project • Proficient with Power BI • Proficient in Cost and Schedule Management principles • Familiarity with Earned Value Management Systems • Ability to communicate effectively with people individually and in groups, including external partners and internal team members • Ability to work independently and contribute administrative support to teams • Strong organizational skills with proven experience prioritizing work and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to pass a post-offer drug, including marijuana, and alcohol test in compliance with Federal regulations • Subject to random testing as a condition of continued employment • PMI certification or knowledge of Project Management preferred
