📋 Description

• Develop process engineering deliverables including Heat and Material Balances, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment lists, and preliminary equipment datasheets • Perform hydraulic calculations • Prepare, review, and check engineering calculations, designs, drawings, and project documents • Provide customer support as a technical liaison • Support business development for new and expanded client opportunities • Expand process safety functions offered to clients • Supervise and review engineering proposals, scopes of work, project schedules, and cost estimates • Develop and implement engineering policies, standards, and procedures • Assess discipline industry codes and standards and maintain or upgrade technical standards and specifications • Promote the company safety culture through safety engagements and compliance audits, including employee training and site visit checklists • Report to the Process Engineering Design Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering • 10 years of process design experience • Well-rounded expertise in heavy industrial engineering projects such as chemicals, downstream / midstream O&G and power generation • Familiarity with process simulation software and engineering electronic tools • Thorough understanding and aptitude in current computer software, including general MS Office products and design & business enterprise software • Superior communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to excel in a team environment • Occasional domestic travel required • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred • Ability to pass a post-offer drug (including marijuana) and alcohol test in compliance with Federal regulations • Subject to random testing as a condition of continued employment
