📋 Description

• Responsible for the protection & control engineering including detailed design for high voltage substation and transmission projects through 500kV • Prepare design packages of electrical substation systems including single lines, AC & DC schematic, wiring diagrams, SCADA points lists and other relevant project deliverables • Provide technical support for client initiatives as a technical resource under the direction of an engineering supervisor • Collaborate in a project team environment with other engineers and designers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field with equivalent experience • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in protection and control design • Professional Engineer (PE) License is required • Proficient with current computer applications including CAD systems, Microsoft applications, design and business enterprise software • Direct, proven expertise in high voltage projects with voltages up to 500kV is required • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design Software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar
