📋 Description

• Lead internal operations of the Certified Training Program (CTP) for Nexplanon • Manage execution and maintenance of the trainer network, commercial-led training content, database management, Nexplanontraining.com, and SOPs • Collaborate with medical affairs to align CTP content, trainer certification, and training experience with current labeling and customer needs • Collaborate with CTP Field Specialists and Sales to support appropriate CTP execution and implementation of updates • Use data, feedback, and observations to identify and implement prioritized improvements to CTP processes and capabilities • Support inbound and outbound communications with Sales, Operations, and Medical Affairs leadership regarding program updates and expectations • Support the CTP budget and manage expenses according to plan • Travel approximately 10%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • At least 5 years combined medical affairs, medical marketing, and medical marketing support function experience • Ability to individually contribute to fundamental marketing execution, including digital • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills • Strong project management and collaboration skills • Strong communication and presentation skills • Preferred: at least 2 years pharmaceutical brand marketing • Preferred: experience in speaker bureau and/or HCP event planning • Preferred: promotion execution experience including through legal, regulatory, and clinical review • Preferred: experience working with sales organizations • US and Puerto Rico residents only • Ability to satisfy applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including associated vaccination prerequisites • Valid driving license is not specified as required
