📋 Description

• Lead and empower the Housing team in sourcing, securing, and managing accommodations for Sales Representatives • Serve as the primary operational liaison between Sales leadership and the Housing department • Establish clear processes, performance standards, and team accountability • Own and manage the end-to-end Housing program budget across all sales channels • Drive cost efficiency and forecast monthly housing demands • Proactively mitigate financial risks • Oversee payroll housing deductions, purchase orders, vendor invoices, and financial reconciliations with Finance • Source, negotiate, and manage third-party vendor relationships • Ensure timely payments and contract compliance • Resolve billing or service disputes • Implement AI, workflow automation, and process improvements • Reduce manual effort, enhance scalability, and optimize operational performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience) • 6+ years of progressive experience in business operations, vendor management, or corporate logistics • 2+ years of direct supervisory or team lead experience • Experience driving accountability, setting performance metrics, and managing team deliverables • Experience building operational budgets and forecasting housing needs • Experience overseeing accurate invoicing, purchase orders, and payroll deductions • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) reporting • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data modeling and pivot tables • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace • Experience in process mapping and leveraging AI, automation, or modern software tools • Exceptional cross-functional communication and vendor negotiation skills • Ability to travel to corporate offices 3–5 times per year
