📋 Description

• Support the women's health business unit's growth ambitions, focusing on contraception and long-acting reversible contraception (LARC) • Lead top-down Integrated Delivery Network initiatives related to women's health, contraception, and family planning • Collaborate with Regional Directors, Market Access Leads, Regional Managers, Clinical Account Specialists, field specialists, and Medical Science Liaisons • Develop and implement account strategies for systemwide contraception and family planning initiatives • Engage senior account stakeholders, including Chief Medical Officers, Women's Health Service Line Leaders, operational and service line leadership, procurement and supply chain decision-makers, and pharmacy leads • Lead contracting discussions and negotiations, comprehensive counseling efforts, and other LARC initiatives with organized customers • Identify key stakeholders and build relationships with assigned Integrated Delivery Networks through in-person engagements • Identify contracting opportunities and execute contracting strategies and negotiations • Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans • Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement • Align regional objectives and IDN strategies with account team members and regional managers • Act as a consultative partner to identify account goals and create long-term value through tailored solutions • Educate customers on category best practices • Monitor state, local, advocacy group, and society dynamics and their impact on assigned accounts • Drive growth and performance of assigned accounts, IDNs, and organized customers in compliance with field policies • Develop and maintain KOL relationships within assigned IDNs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic account management, preferably within the healthcare industry • Strong analytical skills, including cost analysis and quality initiatives • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Expertise in contracting and negotiations • Located within territory and near a major airport • 75% travel required • Proven track record in managing Integrated Delivery Networks • Strong executive presence and ability to influence and engage senior-level stakeholders • Experience leading and collaborating with internal account team members • Consultative sales approach • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders within assigned IDNs • Strong understanding of compliance-related concepts, laws, and regulations governing sales activities • U.S. or Puerto Rico residency • Valid driving license • Must satisfy applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including associated vaccination prerequisites • MBA or advanced degree preferred • Previous women's health experience preferred • No visa sponsorship
