📋 Description

• Drive product awareness and utilization for Organon's dermatological products • Achieve and exceed sales initiatives by developing relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals • Develop sales and customer networks through business planning and local market knowledge • Promote dermatological products compliantly to healthcare professionals • Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals within the assigned geography • Prioritize opportunities using marketplace and reimbursement landscape knowledge • Expand product demand through direct selling techniques and market strategies • Understand the changing healthcare environment and gain customer access through critical thinking and strategic planning • Collaborate with field-based personnel to address customer needs • Deliver patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management • Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community • Represent Organon professionally, ethically, and compliantly

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of two years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven role • Preference for experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Sustained, high performance in current position and strong aptitude for learning • High sense of urgency and customer service orientation • Ability to travel as required by the specific territory • Ability to thrive in a performance-based, fast-paced, results-oriented culture • Must be a US or Puerto Rico resident • Must satisfy applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including associated vaccination prerequisites
