📋 Description

• Stand up and own Leap's QAPI program end to end, including clinical and operational event intake, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action, and closure tracking • Ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery across nursing agencies, specialty pharmacies, infusion centers, and future care-delivery partners • Define clinical quality standards aligned to NHIA quality standards and CMS QAPI methodology • Build and maintain quality and safety dashboards using real infusion data • Monitor safety-event and incident trends and surface emerging patient-safety signals • Develop network-wide quality metrics and deliver monthly quality and safety reporting to leadership • Identify variation between partners and drive consistency through corrective action, education, and escalation • Build quality as a shared capability within a just-culture framework • Own standardized clinical vetting and onboarding for new partners • Maintain annual or accreditation-cycle re-verification of partners • Provide clinical vetting and quality sign-off for partner onboarding • Serve as the clinical quality gate for network expansion • Own quarterly business reviews across network partners • Support network development and geographic expansion while maintaining care quality

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license • 5+ years as an RN, including 2+ years in clinical quality or patient safety • Experience with home infusion, specialty infusion, specialty pharmacy, or managed care • Direct experience with a QAPI or equivalent quality improvement program • Experience with root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action • Strong clinical judgment and ability to define and defend care-quality and partner fit-for-service determinations • Excellent written and verbal communication • Preferred: experience building or maintaining dashboards, tracking metrics, and using trend data • Preferred: familiarity with Joint Commission, ACHC, CHAP, and CMS home infusion therapy requirements • Preferred: CRNI and/or VA-BC certification • Preferred: CPHQ certification or commitment to obtain it within the first year • Preferred: experience vetting, credentialing, or managing a contracted provider network • Preferred: oncology infusion experience and ONS/ONCC chemotherapy-immunotherapy training • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must answer whether visa sponsorship is required now or in the future
