📋 Description

• Support the ongoing development and refinement of credit models and underwriting policies for the Cash Advance business • Partner on the design and evaluation of new product constructs and pricing approaches • Apply rigorous credit analysis to test-and-learn product experimentation • Bridge new product experiences with quantitative credit policy and help ideas become tested, scalable strategies • Translate complex analysis into clear, decision-ready recommendations for senior stakeholders • Influence decisions and build credibility without formal authority • Collaborate with data science, product, marketing, and credit and risk functions • Scope and structure ambiguous analytical questions • Move initiatives forward with urgency and independent judgment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or similar • 5–7 years of experience in credit risk, data analytics, or a related quantitative discipline • Experience ideally in consumer lending or fintech • Excellent communication skills and ability to present analytical findings to executive audiences • Ability to influence outcomes and build trust with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners without formal reporting authority • Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts • Comfort operating in ambiguity • Track record of driving projects forward independently • Creative, action-oriented approach involving prototyping, testing, and iteration • Eagerness to learn new tools and methods and stay current with credit, lending, and AI trends • Legal eligibility to work in the United States • Must address current or future need for visa sponsorship
