📋 Description

• Manage commercial real estate transactions involving leasing, acquisitions, and property sales • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and related legal documents • Guide clients through due diligence, title review, contract negotiations, and closings • Advise property owners, investors, and businesses on transactional legal matters • Independently manage transactions from initial negotiations through closing • Collaborate with clients and other professionals to deliver practical, efficient legal solutions • Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and sound legal judgment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience • Experience in commercial leasing, real estate acquisitions, or dispositions • Active license to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction • Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills • Ability to independently handle commercial real estate matters • DC, Maryland, or Virginia Bar admission preferred • Law firm, in-house, and solo practitioner backgrounds welcome
