📋 Description

• The M&A Integrations Manager is responsible for running individual integrations as a hands-on project manager while supporting the VP across the broader portfolio. • Lead cross-functional integration workstreams and hold stakeholders to timelines. • Produce weekly executive status reporting. • Own real outcomes early, wear multiple hats, and help shape how Orion's integration playbook scales.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project/program management, management consulting, transaction services, audit, or a related analytical role, ideally including Big 4, MBB, or comparable professional services experience. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects or workstreams to deadline. • Finance or accounting foundation. Comfortable reading financial statements and engaging with finance leaders on close processes, reporting, and systems topics. • Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), AI Platforms (Claude or ChatGPT), and project management tooling; experience with monday.com or a comparable platform is a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills. • Willingness to travel to operating companies as part of the integration process.
