📋 Description

• Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to evaluate current and future pricing strategies • Lead pricing analyses, including price elasticity, discount effectiveness, and win/loss rate by price point • Recommend pricing actions aligned with revenue, margin, and market-share objectives • Lead cross-functional pricing initiatives and support contract negotiations with data-driven input • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Category Management • Monitor pricing compliance and discounting behavior • Identify pricing anomalies, inconsistencies, and leakage and recommend corrective actions • Evaluate pricing implications of new product launches, packaging changes, and contract structures • Support design and testing of usage-based and tiered pricing structures • Report pricing KPIs and performance to senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, or related field • 4+ years of experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, or financial analysis • Strong analytical skills • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms such as Power BI and Tableau • Experience building pricing models and frameworks in a business setting • Solid understanding of pricing theory, elasticity, margin analysis, and cost structures • Experience with ERP and CPQ systems such as Infor, SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce • Experience with pricing optimization tools such as Revenue Analytics, PROS, Zilliant, or similar • Familiarity with statistical modeling and predictive analytics • Working knowledge of Python or R for advanced analysis • Strong commercial acumen • Excellent communication skills • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Strategic, proactive, and collaborative approach • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
