📋 Description

• Own the enterprise data architecture blueprint across operational, analytical, and distribution layers • Establish stewardship, cataloging, lineage, and quality frameworks with business and technology teams • Operationalize governance across ingestion, transformation, and distribution processes • Translate business metrics into trusted, governed data sources • Architect and scale Osaic’s enterprise data ecosystem • Oversee data ingestion pipelines from PershingX, NFS, Fidelity, and Schwab • Enable secure, efficient data distribution through APIs and data-as-a-service models • Ensure performance, scalability, and cost optimization across the data ecosystem • Establish data observability, monitoring, and lineage • Define and enforce data ownership, classification, retention, and access policies • Ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC, Reg BI, and data privacy regulations • Provide accurate, reconciled data across the advisor and client lifecycle • Support compensation calculations, revenue reporting, advisor hierarchy, and enterprise AUA transparency • Deliver advisor- and practice-level insights supporting retention, growth, and recruiting • Influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed model and coach domain stewards • Participate in Data Governance Council and Architecture Review Board sessions • Establish standards, playbooks, and reference architectures • Run a Data Architecture Community of Practice • Publish data quality and observability scorecards and drive remediation • Foster accountability and stewardship across the firm

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, or foreign equivalent, in computer science or related field, or compensating industry experience may be considered • 15+ years leading enterprise data programs supporting multi-clearing broker-dealer ecosystems • At least 5 years at the VP/SVP level • Deep understanding of IBD/RIA ecosystems, custodians, and advisor data flows • Proven experience with custodian data models including Pershing, NFS, Fidelity, and Schwab • Expertise architecting and managing enterprise-scale data ecosystems • Experience with multiple transactional data stores, operational data stores, and cloud-based data warehouses supporting structured and unstructured data • Hands-on experience with Snowflake and similar cloud data technologies such as Redshift, BigQuery, and Databricks • Strong background in data ingestion pipelines, APIs, and secure data distribution frameworks • Demonstrated knowledge of AUA, revenue, compensation, and payout metrics • Hands-on leadership in data governance, lineage, cataloging, and data quality frameworks • Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment • Excellent communication skills bridging business, technology, and compliance needs
