📋 Description

• Monitor and support enterprise infrastructure and services, including networks, servers, databases, storage, applications, and websites • Manage service outages and degradations through incident detection, ticket management, escalation, communication, and recovery coordination • Plan and execute Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI) while minimizing operational impact • Investigate incidents, analyze test results, perform root cause analysis, and validate corrective actions • Design, execute, and document integration, end-to-end, regression, and automated testing activities • Validate system functionality, data flows, APIs, and system-to-system interoperability • Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve monitoring tools, dashboards, and automated testing capabilities • Track and document defects, testing results, operational events, procedures, and recovery actions • Collaborate with developers, engineers, product owners, and support teams to resolve issues and ensure operational readiness • Participate in Agile activities and support continuous process improvement initiatives • Support a U.S. Government customer and perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Three (3) or more years of experience in Network Operations, Systems Integration Testing, IT Operations, or a related technical field • Experience monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and supporting operational processes • Experience performing integration, system, or end-to-end testing • Experience working within Agile environments and utilizing tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps • Must possess a valid CompTIA Security+ certification • Active Secret Security Clearance • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Sufficient fine motor skills for computer use and repetitive keyboarding • Ability to work in confined rack spaces • Ability to kneel, bend, and twist at the waist occasionally • Ability to reach below shoulder height regularly and at or above shoulder height occasionally • Ability to push, pull, carry, and lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds regularly and greater weights occasionally • Preferred: Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Preferred: Experience supporting Network Operations Center (NOC) environments • Preferred: Experience with enterprise monitoring tools and automated testing frameworks • Preferred: Experience supporting government or mission-critical environments • Preferred: CCNP certification • Preferred: Active Secret Clearance or higher
