📋 Description

• Work cross functionally with business and technical Oscar stakeholders • Represent departmental needs and interests in company-wide strategic initiatives and business problem-solving related to internal processes • Lead the design, optimization, and implementation of processes and operational improvements • Collect and document business requirements • Build and manage project plans • Document key project decisions and manage project governance • Apply frameworks and analyze data • Develop and communicate risk mitigation strategies across concurrent initiatives and stakeholders • Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects • Engage stakeholders and manage cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration, mitigate edge cases, and ensure on-time completion • Evaluate departmental performance using data and metrics • Assist in developing departmental metrics and implementing mitigation strategies • Formulate implementation, communications, and program strategies for change management and risk mitigation • Mentor team members and promote professional development • Comply with applicable laws and regulations • Perform other duties as assigned • Report to the Senior Manager, Process Improvement

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or 3+ years commensurate experience • 3+ years of work experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering and/or consulting • 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, Python or other data analytics tools • 2+ years of experience with end to end project management • 2+ years of experience in designing and improving workflows as well as standing up accompanying operating and technical procedures • 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma and/or Theory of constraints • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher (bonus points) • Working knowledge of Enrollment and Billing (bonus points)
