📋 Description

• Implement Value Based Contracting strategies under the direction of the Network Manager and in partnership with Market Leaders • Manage and negotiate contracts with assigned healthcare providers • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to contracting specialists and/or analysts • Review and analyze assigned provider contracts to identify improvements and optimization opportunities • Use provider financial issue and competitor strategy data to inform negotiation and contracting decisions • Guide and mentor junior team members through strategic objectives, training, and development • Support contracting policies and workflows and identify process improvements • Meet defined metrics and SLAs, including provider outreach and contract completion • Collaborate with Provider Services on servicing, education, and communication to the provider network • Monitor assigned networks for compliance and develop corrective action plans • Comply with applicable laws and regulations • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare client management, healthcare consulting, provider healthcare contracting, healthcare operations, or a related field • 2+ years of experience supporting provider network strategy development and negotiating provider contracts • 1+ years of experience running financial analyses on markets or product lines and working cross-functionally to support improvement opportunities • 1+ years of experience navigating and organizing large data sets such as claim files and provider rosters • Associate’s degree or equivalent professional working experience is a bonus point • Experience with Value Based Contracting is a bonus point • Reside in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia
