📋 Description

• Hire and manage a team of Oscar colleagues, including performance management, growth and development, and HR administrative tasks • Manage team outcomes, monitor dashboards, track operational KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and construct action plans • Understand daily team work and make volume-based decisions serving customers • Lead team huddles and connect colleagues to Oscar’s mission, vision, and values • Provide guidance and motivation to achieve daily operational objectives • Drive team engagement and create an inclusive culture aligned with Oscar’s core values • Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities for a high-performing production team • Identify and close gaps in operational workflows • Collaborate across production and other Oscar teams to implement best practices • Comply with applicable laws and regulations • Perform other duties as assigned • Report to the Manager, Provider Data Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience of provider data experience with a health insurance company • 1+ year of direct people management experience • 1+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements • 1+ years of experience working with teams in multiple locations and multiple disciplines • Work according to the Work Location section above • Candidates must reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas
