📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one and/or small-group virtual training to the incoming health systems administration employee • Transfer institutional and technical knowledge for health systems administration functions • Explain systems configurations, dependencies, integrations, support processes, and operational considerations • Demonstrate procedures for system monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, security practices, and related systems administration activities • Provide orientation to College, University, and technology-partner relationships, contacts, escalation procedures, vendors, and support resources • Review existing documentation and identify areas needing clarification or additional documentation • Develop or update transition documentation, job aids, process guides, system reference materials, and other transition resources • Provide context regarding historical system decisions, known issues, recurring problems, system dependencies, and institutional knowledge • Support troubleshooting and escalation understanding • Answer questions and provide clarification as the incoming employee assumes responsibility • Coordinate with the Associate Dean for Clinical Services and College IT leadership to prioritize knowledge-transfer activities • Perform other transition and training-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check • A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process
