📋 Description

• Lead engagements delivering design solutions responsive to business objectives and customer requirements • Solve complex user experience challenges to improve service delivery and operational efficiency • Serve as a consultant, functional subject-matter expert, and voice of the customer/user • Develop and lead user research and workflow analysis approaches • Create data-informed design proposals, prototypes, and tested designs for product teams and business process improvements • Collaborate with client stakeholders, Product Owners, and Product Managers across Windows, web, Android, and iOS platforms • Participate in discovery to understand client missions, stakeholders, users, ecosystems, current-state journeys, segments, and project objectives • Conduct user research and create journey maps, service blueprints, and ecosystem maps • Document workflows and lead service blueprint development for future-state processes • Build information architecture across multiple functions, workflows, applications, and services • Align product and engineering teams around product designs and contribute to product roadmaps • Conduct workshops and interviews to identify pain points, define insights, validate hypotheses, and create experience visions • Translate requirements into accessible, scalable, and high-performance design solutions • Develop and maintain design systems across cloud-native applications • Work with developers to implement designs and resolve design-related issues • Ensure high-quality deliverables across projects • Organize and conduct UAT and user testing

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of UI/UX design experience, with focus on technical products • Current portfolio demonstrating methods, tools, skills, and craft for complex enterprise application and portal design • Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience conducting primary and secondary user research, including user interviews, discovery and co-creation workshops, heuristic evaluation, and card sorting • Experience applying research insights to personas, journey maps, site maps, ecosystem maps, information architecture, and interface design • Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience in UI design, including wireframing, low- and high-fidelity prototyping, moderated and unmoderated user testing, and accessibility testing • Experience working on a scrum team within the Agile delivery framework • Experience integrating research and design into technical sprints, including writing user stories and story pointing • Strong presentation and storytelling skills • Excellent written communication and collaborative nature • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary delivery teams including service designers, technologists, data scientists, engineers, solution architects, and change managers • Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Suite, Miro, JIRA/Confluence, and Azure DevOps • Knowledge of web and mobile design principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices • US Citizen work authorization requirement
