📋 Description

• Execute and manage delivery against a roadmap defined by HR Leadership • Maintain deep understanding of new Workday features, releases, and best practices • Lead hands-on configuration and optimization of Workday modules such as HCM Core, Talent, Advanced Compensation, and Recruiting • Establish and enforce Workday configuration governance, documentation standards, and release management processes • Lead the delivery of Workday configuration requests, enhancements, and projects across global affiliates • Support change management and communication strategies to ensure successful adoption of new Workday features and processes • Ensure global data standards, audits, and controls are maintained to support GDPR and other regulatory requirements • Mentor and develop a team of HRIS analysts.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or relevant certification or experience • 7+ years of Workday experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in hands-on Workday configuration across multiple modules • Deep functional expertise in several Workday areas including Advanced Compensation, and Talent • Demonstrated success leading Workday configuration initiatives in a global environment • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills • Experience managing, mentoring, or leading Workday analysts.
