📋 Description

• Lead complex revenue integrity initiatives • Serve as an internal consultant • Drive enterprise-wide performance improvement efforts • Analyze professional billing workflows • Monitor performance metrics • Assist departments and providers with revenue cycle education and issue resolution • Support departments, clinics, and providers with education on professional billing, charging, coding, registration, referral, and authorization workflows • Identify and analyze charging, coding, documentation, and billing trends impacting professional revenue • Provide targeted education and recommendations to providers and departments • Develop and present performance metrics and trend analyses to operational leaders • Run and review standard reports and dashboards to identify improvement opportunities • Support the development and delivery of revenue cycle education and training programs • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside and work full-time in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Texas before their first day of employment • High School Diploma or GED required • At least 5 years of advanced professional revenue cycle or revenue integrity experience • CHC, CPB, CPMA or CPC within 1 year of hire date • Expert knowledge of professional revenue cycle and revenue integrity workflows • Strong consulting, presentation, and influence skills • Ability to translate data into actionable operational strategies • Ability to perform essential responsibilities with or without an accommodation
