📋 Description

• Be the first point of contact for new inquiries responding within 60 seconds. • Manage outbound calls and daily follow-up rounds converting leads into opportunities. • Schedule appointments and manage the CRM to ensure no leads fall through the cracks. • Provide vital data and maintain clear communication through CRM text monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales support • Natural ability to build rapport quickly over the phone • Attention to detail for data integrity in CRM • Ready to manage a non-traditional schedule • Comfortable navigating CRM systems like JobNimbus • High-speed internet connection and reliable workspace.
