📋 Description

• Take ownership of complex Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical escalations across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, cloud environments, and networking • Perform deep root cause analysis and document clear troubleshooting processes to prevent future downtime and ensure long-term stability • Mentor Tier 1 engineers and share technical knowledge • Support key infrastructure projects to improve service desk performance • Provide technical problem-solving and empathetic, customer-facing communication • Investigate thoroughly, follow documentation, and escalate appropriately

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of IT Service Desk experience; Tier 2 preferred and Tier 3 highly preferred • Proven track record handling advanced technical escalations • Fluent English communication skills • Ownership, accountability, empathy, fortitude, and agility • Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft 365 • Hands-on proficiency with Active Directory • Experience with Windows/macOS • Experience with Azure/Entra ID • Networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and TCP/IP • Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware/Hyper-V • ConnectWise experience is a plus • Dedicated, quiet remote workspace • Reliable internet connection • Flexibility to adapt to changing shift schedules
