📋 Description

• Design and post job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract qualified healthcare candidates and ensure postings reach target audiences effectively • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and suitability for open positions • Review candidate profiles and facilitate the selection process, including coordinating interviews and providing feedback to candidates • Manage personnel records, training trackers, and compliance requirements accurately and confidentially within the HRIS • Provide guidance to management on workplace relations policies, procedures, and best practices, including performance management and disciplinary matters • Coordinate the induction process for new hires, including information on employment terms, benefits, and career development opportunities • Receive and record job vacancy information from clients, including job descriptions and conditions of employment, and match candidates to suitable roles • Negotiate terms and conditions of employment, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and contracts • Address disputes and grievances related to employment terms and conditions in a fair and timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment or HR management, preferably within the healthcare or staffing industry • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, awards, and collective agreements relevant to the Australian healthcare sector • Excellent written and verbal English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and recruitment software • Ability to manage candidate pipelines and personnel records accurately • Highly organised with the ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Discreet and professional when handling confidential candidate and employee information in accordance with data protection requirements
