β’ Lead end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization across Linear TV, CTV, OLV, YouTube, Streaming Audio, Podcasts, Display, and Native β’ Define clear business objectives, channel KPIs, audience strategies, and testing roadmaps aligned to enterprise impact β’ Own tactical execution including segmentation strategy, DSP bidding approaches (algorithmic and manual), creative coordination, trafficking oversight, and inventory management β’ Drive ongoing optimization informed by performance insights, incrementality thinking, and evolving client business needs β’ Translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations and forward-looking strategic pivots β’ Manage complex budgets and flowcharts across channels, ensuring accuracy, pacing discipline, and financial accountability β’ Maintain strong relationships with platform and media partners to unlock innovation and performance opportunities β’ Serve as a subject matter expert across video & programmatic channels, contributing POVs that elevate client strategy and Ovative best practices
β’ 5+ years of experience in Video, Audio, or Programmatic media β’ Proven hands-on experience managing campaigns across digital video (YouTube, CTV, OLV, Display) β’ 1+ year of people management experience β’ Great communication and extensive client management experience (internal or external) β’ Sound conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills β’ Preferred: Experience leading programs for large-scale brands including omnichannel retail brands or eCommerce businesses β’ Experience across both traditional (Linear TV/Radio) and digital video/audio β’ Experience with tools such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Google Ads, Nielsen, SQAD, Kantar, Strata, YouGov
