OVG is a consulting firm that helps finance and business operations teams modernize performance management and FP&A. 🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of intensive finance and/or consulting experience, ideally a combination of mid-/senior-level FP&A experience and hands-on finance transformation experience. • High proficiency with Microsoft 365 – Excel, PowerPoint • Deep financial modeling and technical experience required – CPM software such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM, Pigment, and/or analytics solutions such as Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, GCP, etc. • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and experience working directly with executive clients and business stakeholders • Track record of mentorship and development of others • Willingness and entrepreneurial spirit to operate in a bona fide startup environment – high drive and work ethic, adaptable to change, fast learner. • Bachelor’s Degree (business or finance degree a plus)
