• Degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field • At least 2 years of experience in a Senior Project Management (or equivalent) role • Proven ability to ensure project success through effective planning, design, and execution • Demonstrated leadership in managing large, diverse teams and multi-regional projects • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, MS Project, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with construction project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and CMIC • Exceptional communication skills, capable of leading teams, negotiating effectively, and fostering productive relationships with stakeholders and team members • Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time • Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills • High level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to excellence, safety, and continuous improvement • Deep knowledge of construction procedures, particularly in concrete construction
