📋 Description

• Verify approved submittals before work begins • Ensure installations comply with requirements and verify materials against receipts • Audit contractor quality plans • Keep drawings, specifications, submittals, and other project documentation current • Report daily audits and testing • Conduct special inspections, including delegated design systems • Review and document correction of non-conforming work • Discuss quality management, project specifications, lessons learned, and hold points • Verify hold points and obtain quality management approval before releasing work • Track construction deficiencies through acceptable corrective action with the Site Manager • Perform hold point, random, and quality control inspections of installations • Inspect products, materials, and equipment upon arrival at the jobsite • Develop and evaluate To-do/Punch Lists with quality management and the Superintendent • Communicate project quality status in customer meetings • Immediately report quality issues that may require stopping work • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or technical/associate degree in a related field; or two to five years of successful, progressive experience in concrete construction; or a minimum of five years’ work experience • Familiarity with the special requirements of this work • Excellent communication and organization skills • Willingness and ability to travel up to 100% of the time • Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications • Government Certified Quality Technician Certification preferred but not required • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role
