CFESA-certified technicians handle commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration and HVAC work, and the company also offers refrigerated box truck rental to protect perishables during outages. Pro Serv serves customers across North and South Carolina with locations in New Bern, Raleigh, and Wilmington.

📋 Description

• Diagnose and repair supermarket and commercial refrigeration systems • Troubleshoot parallel rack systems and refrigeration controls • Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls • Work on walk-in coolers, freezers, cases, and related equipment • Read and interpret wiring diagrams and refrigeration schematics • Communicate professionally with customers and team members • Accurately complete work orders, notes, and documentation • Maintain company vehicle inventory and organization • Follow company safety and operational procedures • Participate in on-call rotation as needed • Provide fast, professional, high-quality service to commercial customers

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial refrigeration experience preferred • Experience with rack refrigeration systems required • Experience with EMS / controls preferred • EPA Certification required • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Strong electrical and refrigeration troubleshooting skills • Ability to work independently and efficiently • Professional appearance and communication skills • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments • Experience with CO2 systems preferred • Experience with supermarket refrigeration preferred • Experience with Hussmann, Hillphoenix, or Zero Zone equipment preferred • Experience with controls and energy management systems preferred • Experience with start-ups and commissioning preferred • Ability to commit to a 40 hour work week with rotating shifts Monday through Sunday
