📋 Description

• Provide onsite product support to contracted customer accounts, including logistics, deployments, onsite troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and software upgrades • Provide product support onsite and via telephone • Assist customers with application of equipment • Escalate customer-related issues to CQA Regional Management • Troubleshoot onsite and correspond with ZOLL Tech Support to document service and support activity • Perform onsite preventive maintenance for service agreement devices and accounts • Deploy to or perform preventive maintenance for other regional customers as directed by the Manager • Maintain customer-specific information related to service activity • Prepare monthly customer status reports • Secure and maintain test equipment and comply with calibration and rotation schedules • Complete special projects as assigned • Participate in customer meetings with service management and CQA regional managers to address concerns and formulate action plans

🎯 Requirements

• Technical Degree (2 year minimum) or equivalent work experience required • Prior work experience interfacing with external customers preferred • Valid driver’s license required • Credit card in good standing for expenses related to travel required • Excellent verbal & written communication skills • Ability to meet defined objectives • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Organizational skills • Experience with computers and Microsoft Office • Must reside in the Michigan and Indiana territory • Up to 90% travel required depending on business needs • Ability to meet the listed physical demands, including constant standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, repetitive motions, and eye/hand/foot coordination • Ability to work under listed environmental conditions, including occasional extreme cold, extreme heat, humidity, wet conditions, and frequent noise
