📋 Description

• Lead consulting assignments using analytical frameworks and problem-solving methodologies • Lead commercial real estate portfolio optimization, location strategy, site selection, and planning studies • Apply financial modeling and market analytics to support recommendations • Lead and present Metro-Market Strategies to C-suite executives and business-unit leaders • Leverage business intelligence and technology platforms such as Tableau or Qlik to produce analytical insights • Identify supply-side location and property-level opportunities for enterprise clients • Develop business cases that justify action and change • Generate the agreed-upon annual revenue for the service line • Develop business analytics and key performance indicators • Create commercial-grade consulting presentations integrating multiple media types • Synthesize and present consulting solutions to clients • Support business development presentations and pitches for prospective clients • Travel up to 20%-30%

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years’ experience in real estate and/or management consulting practice • MBA or M.S. in Real Estate is mandatory • Expert in Microsoft Office products • Ability to lead studies in business intelligence platforms, such as Tableau or Qlik • Experience and/or familiarity with IWMS and CAFM systems • Training or experience in location, economic, and/or site selection methodology • Training in process analysis including Lean Thinking and Six-Sigma methodologies is a plus • Exceptional oral, written, and graphic presentation skills • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment • Ability to control multiple projects and tasks simultaneously • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas
