• Create and own system processes across Owens Corning businesses, corporate functions, third-party providers, and Shared Services • Ensure processes follow established standards, current documentation, and Owens Corning controls • Guide regional GBS teams on system access and requirements • Design processes supporting business growth while balancing global and local standards • Serve as the day-to-day operations point for solving and prioritizing process issues • Drive process efficiency and quality improvements • Assess impacts of process changes on labor, safety, service, and inventory integrity • Identify system capabilities and processes supporting business requirements • Develop, maintain, and deliver end-user training, including refresh training • Monitor operational metrics and investigate and resolve interruptions • Partner with the Enterprise Leader on process health KPIs and identify process gaps • Govern SAP business roles, including role design, assignment, compliance, security, and segregation-of-duties standards • Participate in supply chain system design, development workshops, requirements gathering, UAT, cutover, go-lives, and stabilization • Assess system process change requests and recommend actions • Lead process design and improvement initiatives integrating automation and AI • Manage stakeholder expectations and align process design with IT and enterprise optimization goals • Co-design and prioritize process enhancements with internal stakeholders and partners • Maintain, update, and communicate SOP changes
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred • Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience considered • 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing, maintenance, supply chain, operations, engineering, or process excellence roles supporting industrial operations • Exposure to maintenance planning, asset management, manufacturing execution, production scheduling, or continuous improvement practices • Experience working within a multi-site manufacturing organization • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP PP, SAP PM, or related ERP systems • Lean Manufacturing, TPM, reliability, or process improvement experience • Experience driving standardization across sites while balancing local operational requirements • Ability to travel up to 40%, including domestic and international travel • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and experience supporting process stabilization after S/4 cutover preferred • Experience in a multinational corporation in a corporate setting desirable • Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and implement process improvements • Demonstrated growth and success in prior roles • Change leadership and/or complex project leadership experience • Influential leadership, including indirect leadership • Ability to identify process breakdowns and recommend solutions • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems • Strong time-management and organizational skills • Participation in design and development workshops with a point of view • Clear learning agility • Leadership in a functional area • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations • Training, communication, and partnership skills
