📋 Description

• Promote the Vaccines Portfolio across customers and channels • Launch new products and develop strategies to manage business relationships • Understand and secure formulary access • Drive sales in the assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives • Engage customers face to face and virtually • Develop and implement business and territory call plans • Identify and implement live and virtual customer engagement strategies • Build and maintain customer relationships in live and virtual environments • Use digital tools and internal reports and analytics to identify strategic business opportunities • Deliver approved clinically oriented disease-state information and patient resources compliantly • Analyze market barriers and drivers across Public Health, Private Market, Retail, and other channels • Collaborate with Field Medical, Account Management, and other cross-functional colleagues • Complete customer call entries, expense submissions, and other administrative requirements on time and compliantly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree; alternatively, an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales/promotional activity, small business ownership/entrepreneurial experience, marketing, customer service/account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, education, or full-time military experience • Must live within 25 miles of the territory border • Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record compliant with company standards • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired-driving citation within the past 7 years disqualifies the candidate • At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, and/or medical-related marketing experience preferred • Strong record of sales or marketing success • Territory management skills • Communication skills • Teamwork, leadership ability, and accountability • Vaccines therapeutic-area and product experience preferred • Knowledge of territory customers and markets preferred • Reside within the territory boundaries preferred • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • Permanent work authorization in the United States required • U.S. work visa sponsorship is unavailable now and in the future
