📋 Description

• Act as a proactive liaison between producers, their uplines, and third-party administrators to resolve annuity new business service issues and obtain outstanding requirements. • Handle customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner; manage multiple queues as needed. • Liaise with producers, uplines, third-party administrators, Commissions Contracting & Licensing, Legal, and other departments. • Achieve required transaction quality performance for the Annuity New Business Specialist role. • Research and track documents and resolve service issues, emphasizing a designated function. • Keep producers and uplines updated on product and processing guidelines. • Resolve problems and guide producers in software usage and web initiatives. • Resolve moderate to complex sales and operational inquiries concerning product clarification and pending new business. • Adhere to company policies and legal requirements regarding sales and product compliance. • Monitor, measure, and assess processes for improvement; identify and eliminate operational waste. • Perform other assigned functions, duties, and projects. • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience considered in lieu of degree. • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the insurance or financial services industry. • Experience working in a service center, sales support team, and/or other previous industry experience preferred. • Successful completion of life insurance-related education such as LOMA or CLU coursework preferred. • Basic understanding of F&G's structure and products/service offerings within the respective coverage area. • Ability to build new skills and adapt to new ways of thinking. • Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and situations. • Ability to self-organize, set priorities, and manage workload. • Basic understanding of data concepts. • Ability to complete assigned project tasks and provide appropriate status updates. • Demonstrated risk awareness and understanding of risk mitigation strategies. • Understanding of vendor interaction expectations for the functional area. • Regular and punctual attendance. • Minimal travel required (less than 10%).
