📋 Description
• Develop channel specific and portfolio contract strategies in line with Business Unit sales goals • Align strategy with Sales, Marketing, Medical and Managed Care functions • Develop analytics-driven contract strategies • Support market access strategies for inline and pipeline products • Ensure financial and data integrity in partnership with Trade Operations and Managed Markets Finance • Act as a subject matter expert for GPO and distribution network
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, Health Policy or equivalent preferred • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Finance, Consulting, Pharmacy, Market Access or Business Development with emphasis on pharmaceutical distribution or GPOs • Thorough understanding of US healthcare economics and drivers of pharmaceutical demand • Deep understanding of Distribution processes and roles in market landscape • Strong proficiency in contract process, negotiation and forecasting
