📋 Description

• Review, evaluate, and process case work according to department procedures • Analyze case information and identify appropriate action • Provide and collect information while updating systems with appropriate detail • Meet or exceed productivity and quality metrics • Conduct timely and professional case outreach and follow-up • Use CMD resources and tools to determine regulatory, product, and case design requirements • Become familiar with the reasoning for requirements • Establish relationships with underwriting, distribution, and marketing partners • Communicate with producers, field offices, and external interested parties • Create correspondence as applicable • Set proper expectations with producers, offices, and FVPs • Support department needs as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred • Strong desire to deliver a superior customer service experience • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Experience working successfully with a variety of customers, preferably within the financial services industry • Ability to complete assignments in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while balancing accuracy, speed, and thoroughness • Clear verbal and written communication skills • Understanding of NB and UW terminology, including labs, APSs, and MVRs • Customer service focus • Ability to balance collaborative and independent work • Accountability and integrity • Ability to leverage agility and flexibility to meet business needs
